The Kaptive Beam System is a decking solution that increases the load capacity of your dry van. This system allows you to double your freight capacity. When the Kaptive Beams are not in use they can be raised to the ceiling level for storage. The track design is engineered for an easy install!

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

• An aluminum beam extrusion with a unique head assembly that moves within a vertical aluminum track.
• A heavy-duty, spring-loaded trigger mechanism automatically locks the beam into the track slots.
• Standard A and E logistic strap assemblies are compatible with this system.

Decking:

• Standard Beam: 2,200 LBS (1,000 KGS) W.L.L
• Heavy Duty Beam: 3,000 LBS (1,360 KGS) W.L.L
• Wide Flange Beam: 3,335 LBS (1,550 KGS) W.L.L

Shoring:

• Standard Beam: 1,500 LB (680 KG) W.L.L
• Heavy Duty Beam: 2,500 LB (1,135 KG) W.L.L
• Wide Flange Beam: This beam is not recommended for shoring applications
