This heavy duty ratchet chain binder, sometimes called a ratchet load binder, features a smooth ratcheting action to tighten chain tie downs. The large ratcheting handle provides high leverage working with a cam and pawl ratchet mechanism, and 2 yellow zinc plated clevis grab hooks to quickly secure your heaviest cargo with ease when used with transport chain rated for similar or higher weight load limits.

Designed with driver safety in mind, ratchet chain binders do not transfer chain tension back into the handle, reducing or eliminating the risk of recoil or “snapback” to the operator. The ratcheting mechanism also features a safety stop pin to further protect the owner / operator.
